If this is the first time you are acquiring one of our access passes, this may be because you have not entered your card details correctly. You will have to check that you have done this properly.
If you are already a user and signed up to one of our access plans, this may be because we are unable to collect the renewal of your subscription.
This charge made by Andjoy's automatic system is processed 30 days after the date of purchase of your access and, if this is not possible, 2 more attempts are made, once a day, with a total of 3 attempts.
Important: for as long as the payment cannot be completed, you will not be able to access any Andjoy centre.
If, finally, the payment cannot be made, your subscription will be cancelled.
